Here is my elaborate high tech jig for filing trigger guards.

Not sure I could source all the fancy fasteners but maybe some allowances could be made?
Is that guard one you forged up? How is the grip rail fastened to the bow?

Yes Rich, forged from wrought iron with rail and bow pinned and brazed. I think I copper brazed that particular one. Someone remarked about there being lots of file work on forged iron work but I find if you pickle the scale off it’s not much more than filing sand cast brass ones. The iron is relatively soft. (Thanks Eric VonAschwege for the pickling tip.)

When you define "high tech" as being the easiest and fastest way to get something done, that is, indeed, Very "High Tech".
Going to have to give you the April award for winner of best high tech gadget of the month.
Really like it - almost anyone can make one, and it sure eliminates a lot of holding the TG's by hand.
