Title: Building a Blunderbuss
Post by: runastav on May 22, 2019, 07:49:23 PM: Hi Guys! If I want a Blunderbuss I must build one myself originals is way to ecpencive for me. So I borrow a Spencer Blunderbuss from a buddy, and I will use it as a guide line and use parts I have laying around.The bronse barrel will be a litle beefier made from 18x42x310mm Gun metall OM1(CC493K)

I have built a bunch of these now (not that I wanted to but others liked the one I built for myself and wanted one made), but I have always used Ed Rayl barrels.....and none of them had a spring loaded bayonet ! Knowing how you work, I am really, really looking forward to watching you progress on this.

Another wonderful firearm and the best part is being able to follow along as you make each part. I want to thank you again for taking the time to take pictures and post the progress on each of your firearms......the guns themselves are wonderful but the lessons taught by the photos are priceless....the fixturing.... the type of materials you make parts out of....the processes used to make the parts......I learn a lot just from looking at the pictures !!! I hope you will post a video of firing the blunderbuss when you get a chance.
