Can you ID the maker of this rifle. Signed J G in script

I had these photos sent to me on the assumption that the J. G. was for John Gillespie but this is not one of John's or not likely any of the Gillespie families work. Its a nice looking rifle. I guessed maybe Ohio or West VA but strictly a guess.

Thanks Scooter, will do that if I can find some of his work to compare. I have a couple of western PA books.

My 1 western PA gunsmiths book, copies up on eBay, has a really super example opf Gibbins' work/. Not shown in Rosenberg since they ripped off, showing on Allegheny + Westmoreland Counties, altho listing names from other counties.
