Just got the word from Track of the Wolf.  Yes, they offer LHV again.
I think Midsouth also carries it.
Don't know if the formula has changed or any details but at least you can buy it again.

I called TOW, they don't have it in, but are expecting some at any time.

SO, I will wait and see....
