Central Ohio woodswalk 2013
« on: February 13, 2013, 12:36:43 AM »
The Central Ohio Coonhunters are hosting woodswalks on the second Sunday of each month. There was a period of set up and modifications of the course but after all that I believe we are ready to have shooters participate.  If you are interested I can email or send a flier thru the postal system. We are going to begin with blanket shoots. Let me know if you wanty more information.
Thanks
Bruce

I've got a traveling bug. I'll take a flier. P/M sent. Especially if Hank is interested. Been a while since I was beat by him at a shoot!

Bruce,
Send me one. I'm with the Ohio Valley Muzzleloading Gun Club and will see that it gets passed around.

10 shooters today. Beautiful weather! Mike Upperman did show up and walked with us. He did not have a gun, so he got a few shots with mine. It does not fit him very well, but he enjoyed shooting a flintlock. I think we got him hooked fellas!!!! ;D

You had great weather for sure!  I had to clean the blood and mud off my quadrunner and clean my traps and put them away for the year and organize the shed today. It was driving me crazy trying to get in there to get some thing.  Chores are done now and I can play!

I've marked my calendar for next month's shoot - I do have a question a question about May's shoot?  If it is the second Sunday - that is Mother's day - do they still have the shoot that day or the following week?

Wow! I had a great time at the wood walk shoot today. The weather couldn't have been better!  Nice course. Plenty of difficult shots, especially for me being a beginner.  Gonna have to figure out that snake target.  Next time, I am going to try the .32 flinter.  Thanks for putting on a good shoot.

Not sure about next month though, doubt I can get a kitchen pass on Mother's day.
