KRA Book and CDs

Does anyone know about the availability of this book and/or associated CDs?  "Moravian Gun Making of the American Revolution".  I am trying to identify my petite Easton rifle.  i think that the book would help me.

  Ed, I picked up all 6 CD's, the both the Morvian and Ivey's books at last years CLA show.. ( saved a bunch on shipping). Whatever you get you will not regret it..
