Tip Curtis would be my first call  615-654-4445  Might try MBS or  The Possibles shop, or Log Cabin.

Order and wait seems to be our only options. 3 or 4 months is quick. Good luck.

Did you try Buckeye Barrels?  Barbie usually has a pretty good inventory of barrels on hand.  Of course it's always a matter of timing when you order.  When I got a Rice barrel just like that not long ago, Barbie had them in stock as did Jason at Rice.

Tip Curtis is probably your best bet followed by MBS. Good luck.

My experience: Anything custom is 6 months to a year. You have to plan projects well in advance, and have a few projects going at the same time so that you can shift from one to another if your parts get held up for some reason.

Also put a "WTB" ad in the for sale section with all your particular requirements. This can be productive.

You might also try Mark DeHass, but I don't know if he makes swamped barrels or not, maybe someone here will know. I have a straight 36" 13/16 .40 caliber of his that shoots lights out. His Phone number is 660-872-6308.

The last time I was in there Matt Avance, Tennessee Valley Muzzleloaders in Natchez, Ms., had a lot of barrels. Check with him at 601-445-5482.  Danny

Mark does not make swamped barrels. He has always been a favorite barrel maker and friend. However I am not sure he is accepting any orders any more
