A fellow contacted me about modifying his Ed Rayl, 4 gage steel blunderbuss barrel. He wanted cannon style muzzle rings added and a little engraving as well. Here is the plain barrel with over sized but closely fitted steel rings......
After final fitting, I soldered the rings in place......
After soldering, the rings were final machined to profile and polished some.........
Then some engraving at the middle of the barrel and again at the muzzle per the fellows instructions......
