Trying to Locate a Rifle

Looking for a rifle built in the late 70's-early 80's.  It has a 30 caliber Bill Large barrel that is 11/16 across the flats for about 10 inches from the breech. Wedding band and then 16 flats to the end. Engraved brass mounts and inlays. Marked Randall Pierce on the top flat.

...Wow...is this Randall Pierce from East Tennessee...?? .... What style is the rifle, and who built her...???
