JDM I'm glad its not a contest. There are a lot of fellows here who hold those iron mounted rifles in high esteem. ( I am one of them) So I think your rifle would fair quite well in a vote. Its a great rifle. Reminds me of my long time friend John Ashworth. I don't recall if he ever own your rifle, but I am sure he would have wanted to. LP
