Way back in the 80's, when I was more like 19 or 20 something, I bought a lock off of a guy at Friendship, In.  He made them, and as I recall they were pretty well done and may have had a fox on the interior of the plate.  I ended up in college and traded that lock off before I got to use it.  Always wish I'd held on to it.  The gentleman may have been from Colorado.  Any of this sound familiar to some of you??  And were they in fact good locks?  Just a trip down memory lane ant trying to fill in a few gaps for me.  :)

Tom Faux from Colorado.

Tom took over the Ron Long locks and manufactured them for years.  At some point R E Davis began making the same locks, and they are still available from Davis.
