I stumbled across this site.  They have several unplated wood screws and other screws, nuts, bolts and threaded objects.  I do not remember it being posted before. 
NOTE:  I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM SO I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE QUALITY, SERVICE OR DREADED SHIPPING COST.

I have purchased from them a few times - good tough and correct for period products, good service (fast) a little shipping $$ but the right sizes and lengths are available - I just bought in bulk for the most used screw sizes. Now I need more rifles to build.

 My dealings with them have been very satisfactory and they carry some fasteners that are difficult to obtain elsewhere.

I recently ordered some screws from them, and they appear to be of high quality.
