« on: June 12, 2017, 10:06:15 PM »
Anyone know if any of the suppliers have Swiss Null B on hand?

Thanks

It's worth the search Dave.  Null B goes off "right now".  A one pound can will last you forever, unless you shoot continuously.....then it will just last a long time.   :-)  God Bless,   Marc
P.S.  Just what does the name "Null B" mean?

Null B is faster than Swiss 4F, but not by much. Check out this test.

Null B comes in 8 oz. cans. Does anyone ship this amount alone without ordering several lbs. combined ii the order? 8 oz. will last a really long time and I have plenty of 2,3, f along with a can of 4f.

I didn't know Null B came in 8 oz. cans. My can is a full pound, enough for the end of my time. I also have a full pound of GOEX 4f plus some left of another can of DuPont 4f.

I called Buffalo Arms and was told that they sell 8 oz. cans of Null B but will only ship powder in 5 lb. lots. They will mix different sizes however.

That's pretty normal. Graf's and Sons is 4lbs. Some places more. I think TOW is a whole case.

No matter what you  order, you'll have to pay the same hazmat handling fee.  Might as well order 4 or 5lbs. and sell what you don't want at the range.

Just keep it. You'll shoot it up at some point and it will never go bad.

This entire thread make me so glad I quit using priming powder. 3F right in the pan, shoots fine, one less thing to fuss with.

If you can't notice the difference between caplock and flintlock ignition. You'll never notice the difference in different pan powders either.
