barrel work??

Hi friends,
What is the man's name that I have seen mentioned on here that can refresh barrels, as well as other work.
I am pretty much convinced I have a bent barrel and I want to contact him.
Which, while I'm thinking of it a phone number would be nice also?
I believe he is from the Chambersburg Pa area.
Or if Ed Rayle does this work I'd call him if I had his contact info??

A second vote of confidence in Bobby Hoyt. He has done probably thousands of refresh and relines.
He once mentioned to me he got started by refreshing original barrels.
