Very nice. What material? Antler? What type lathe do you use and how do you chuck them to turn?

Yes they are Antler, I use a Pen Mandrel to turn them. This Tutorial may help:

One thing I do different now is shaping the horn to fit the tip. I use a tapered reamer on the tip and taper the horn tip so no step is required. Unless you do not have a reamer then you can use the step method.

Those tips look really nice Tim.  Very well shaped and proportioned.  I always love it when a plan comes together.  It is so much more productive once you are set up and in a groove to turn multiple pieces.

Where do you get the antler material?

Above I talk about tapering the tip to fit the horn. Here are a couple Pix of the process. The Antler is turned to shape and a 1/2" hole is drilled through, then while chucked up the reamer is used to taper the inside to fit a horn. The reamer is an old 3/4" pipe reamer that I broke off and ground down.

Tim, are you turning down the end of the horn on a lathe to match the taper on the inside of the tip?

No, I do that by hand as I shape the horn. Here's a couple in the works.

Those are very cool and diverse horn tips.  I don't know which one I like best.  I hope to see them on some horns soon.  :-)  I really appreciate your sharing ideas and techniques Tim!
