Jim can answer better, but looks like he went into full production about April 2016.

Jim made an announcement about his southern rifle project here on ALR in October of 2015.  Norm is correct, Jim made a post in early April 2016 that he was running production and would begin shipping that week.

The ALR search function is a wonderful thing.
