The 4 penny finishing nail is 5/64 and it matches my steel knives.  I just don't like brass, aluminum, or SS.  If I need a bigger pin I go to 6 penny finishing nail.  Just my personal preference.

We did not inherit this land from our Grandfathers. We are borrowing it from our Grandchildren.
