Jim and Karen Wright sold the business to Jason Gatliff, the publisher of Muzzleloader magazine. Jim will still be involved in projects.
I'm sure someone with more info will chime in on this.

Rolf, I was wondering the same thing, and I see all the videos are now for sale on Muzzleloader Magazine's website.

I spoke directly to Jason from Muzzleloader magazine when I called American Pioneer to order a video recently. Jason bought Amer. Pioneer Video and Jim is essentially working for Jason. They will be continuing to produce videos.
