Over the log shoot today

  I just got home from our log shoot at Broken Lock Muzzleloading Gun Club  near Alma Mi.  .The number of shooters was down some but we had a great time.  The best "X" of the day was shot by John Konkle from Bay City he had a PERFECT  "X". He also took top honors in the fifteen relays with an AGG. of  6.342 for fifteen shoots. We paid back three places for each relay and there was a side bet of a quater on each shot. The food was good and the fellowship was also. There was two ladies who took part and shoot very well . You are all invited to our next log shoot July 26 th. and a woodswalk the day before.  Plenty of room to camp with wood and water on site. Eric D. Lau  Riverdale Mi.

Eric, sounded like fun! Our club turnout was about half of normal yesterday. I think half the guys went to your shoot to do some REAL SHOOTING! So how did the LookingGlass River boys fair?
Congratulate Trapper John on winning our pistol shoot when you see him.
