Plus size reenactment clothing????
« on: August 26, 2018, 09:58:18 PM »
Hello
Does anybody know where I could aquire larger sizes of reenactment clothing?  I need a 3 or 4x shirt and waist size 44. Most of the places I've  found only have up to 2x

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Colonial era. Or fur trade. I'm just getting started. I thought I would begin with a work shirt and some sort of pants.  I really like the waistcoat and breeches look of American  revolutionary war era.

Don't know if Ghost Forge is still around but they had some good offerings. Out of Ohio last I checked.

Try looking up Cobb Creek. She has her business still open but doesn't do events anymore. She will make you what you want. Not sure of prices but her items are 1st rate.

I second Cobb Creek.

First quality clothing, for certain.

I have a Cobb Creek coat that is still serving me well after many years of wear. Sharp looking and well made.

Townsends was able to hook me up, I needed a larger size than you do. They custom make most of their garments. First rate quality also.
