Don't know if this is the same guy, but there was a Bob Beckelheimer that shot with our club in Tazewell, Va. back in the 70s. Best I remember he was from the Beckley WV area. He had one heck of a collection of Leonard Meadows rifles. The first swivel breech that I ever saw was one built by Meadows that Bob brought to the match.

The name is the only markings on the barrel, .36 caliber 37 inches long. 54 inches overall. Maple stock with a small amount of curl. Waiting on bore condition. Think it's worth 450.00?

When used custom guns like this come up for sale in our club, they often go in the $350-$450 range.  The fellas try to get as much for widows (often why such guns come up for sale, sadly) as much as possible while moving it along.  A lot depends on what folks are looking for.  Generally such guns are not dream guns but are likely good shooters, well made, but not especially special.

Thanks Rich, that description describes this gun perfectly. Seems to be a decent gun, but the more I look at it the more I can't get past that huge patch box!
