Finished these two and before they go to new homes thought I would share them with you. Tansel butt plug is dogwood and had a nice burl forming in the wood. Thank you for looking Ron

,..... for those who don't know, two left clicks with left button on the mouse over the photo will enlarge the photo to see detail,..... I really like the way the bands are stained to match the wood parts perfectly,...... Great Job,..... regards, Cades Cove Fiddler ....

I love the banded horn...the colors are just great! Is the tip wood or horn?

Tip is horn,tried to get same texture/color as the originals. The originals all have the tips shaped similiar,bottom portion is shaped like a jar and top section has oval tapers.
