Yes, but you will pay a total  of $17 shipping and hazmat for one pound or 25 pounds.

If you live in a State that allows it, get together for a group buy.

The hazmat fee/shipping will then be absorbed, spread out to only

be a buck a pound, or so.

I always buy Goex, but the local shop only had Graf.  This will be my first try with Graf powder.  Anyway it is on sale today at Graf, and 7.95 shipping plus 10.00 hasmat.  14.39/pound.
Locally I paid 25.00 plus tax for 1 pound 2F.

I order black powder through Grafs if my local club doesn’t have it. I just received an order from them yesterday. Hard to beat the shipping & hazmat fee.

So what is the opinion on Graf's & Sons Black Powder ?? How does it compare to Goex, O.E., ?
Accuracy ? Fowling? Etc. My shooting buddy and I just purchased 10lbs. of 3F, got it on sale for like $13.50/lb. Figured it was worth giving it a try at that price. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Graf's powder is made by Schuetzen. They buy it in bulk and put it in their bottles. It's about equal to regular Goex.

Isn't that like saying Hodgdon made Goex instead of just calling it Goex? I've never seen a bottle of Wano powder even though they're the parent company.

Just so it's known, Graf has ALL of their in-stock black powder at 105 off; Graf, Goex, and Swiss. It's unlikely we will ever be able to buy holy black at that price again.

The Schuetzen is made specifically for the U.S. market by WANO.  Working with Jim Kirkland, At Schuetzen Powder Co. I helped them develop the Schuetzen for the U.S. market.  By 2005 I was out of the black powder work.  Since then they changed charcoal to make the Schuetzen a bit faster.  Originally formulated with a commercially prepared European Black Alder charcoal they found that if they blened it with a hazelnut charcoal they could get higher velocities with it.

In 1992 and 1993 WANO had tried to get into the U.S. market with the powders they commonly sold for small arms use in Europe.  A bit too slow and dirty burning for the U.S. market and they would no go into a special powder better suited for the U.S. market.  Then around 1988 or 1980 they sold some WANO through a fireworks company in the U.S.  Better than the older stuff but just not really good enough for the U.S. market.  So when they got tied up with Jim Kirkland, at Petro-Explo they agreed to develop a powder best suited to the U.S. market.  Graf's is simply Schuetzen under their house brand label.

I shoot nothing but Schuetzen/Grafs or Swiss as they are most consistent from lot to lot with no excess fouling.
