First thing I do when looking at a rifle, I analyse the architecture. Next inspect the wood to metal fit of the inlets. last I look at the embellishments. Very well done in all respects. Nice rifle.

Bob, would you post a picture of the patchbox release mechanism inside the box. I believe it is based on one built by Thomas Simpson ( See ,September/ October 2018 issue of Muzzleloader magazine.) Nice work as usual!!

This is a very nice piece of work, impressive, especially for a 4rth build. I think I am a slow learner, because my fourth was nowhere near as clean. Your architecture is terrific, and architecture is what makes and breaks a gun.
