I like them alot. around hear we have Hawk and Knife throwing these look to good to throw at a Block and beat up! Got some rules also about (two edges/Points) or whatever .
Reminds me I need to get out and practice, not much of a thrower but I can shoot good most of the time.

Those are really nice. I haven’t done much pattern welding or layering like that. I do enjoy my forge time though.

 I used to get broken Jack hammer bits  from a friend who works at a rental out fit for Steve to make these out of. About a year ago I took Steve a Fort Miegs ax and a larger polled belt ax and asked him if he could make copies in Damascus.  After waiting for quite a while I went to his house and he announced that he had retired for health reasons!!...IF I understand his process, He layers two types of steel together and forges it in a gas fired forge. After shaping the heads he drops the heads in an etching solution,,,,,,Ed
