A nice community right here !...I was looking for a .610 mold to try a bigger ball ....and a member reaches out and says “ why don’t I send you some ,to see if they fit “.  Just got them today...and by George ...they fit. What a crowd !!

Absolutely right Nessmuck - Flint62Smoothie offered to send me some .600's for my patchless testing
this coming summer. I have .595" - both with sprue and without, .600"s, .608" + might be able to find some a bit larger as well.
There are a number of locals here that I can pilfer some from.

Totally concur.
Awhile back I was looking for some maple scraps and asked where I might find some.
A wonderful member PM me and said he was a forester and would send me some .
Did not want any payment for the wood and would not accept payment for the shipping.
I have not run into a finer bunch of  boys in a long time.
The people I have to deal with at work, and all the bad news in the media had me thinking there are no good people left.
Thanks y'all for reminding me of how we all used to treat one another in the not so far away past.

There's a whole herd of fine people on this forum and it's one of the
easiest to use I have ever seen. I am on another one concerning pre
WW2 classic cars and it takes just a wee bit more hunting to get to
where I want to be when I use it.
