Does the barrel bore have a taper, or is the bore consistent until it gets to the flare?

Hi all!  And thank you guys! Smokey Plainsman, the original I use as a pattern have a very light taper to the flare. My barrel made from Gun metall OM1(CC493K) have 18mm cal to the flare see the start when I make the barrel from start.

Coming along nicely, Runar.  Really like the barrel profile, and now you are adding some brass thimbles to dress it up a bit more.

You do nice work, but I do not think you should have fitted that trade gun sideplate.

Seeing that dragon sideplate I really hope you will make a replica of the incredibly beautiful Norwegian M1711 skirunner rifle :D
