Tool wallet project. Complete
« on: July 01, 2019, 02:36:59 AM »
I finished a tool wallet today. I started last night and finished it today. My dad helped me a lot he did some of the stitching and started the stitches for me and made the closing strap. You know I like doing leather work. You get pricked a lot but it's so rearwarding at the end.

Very nice Will.  I was the same age as you when I got interested in shooting muzzleloaders.  That was 58 years ago and I still like it. Keep your powder dry.  ;)

There you go Will.  A fine and useful project.  I know you must be proud.  Maybe a hunting pouch next?  Go man go!

God Bless,   Marc

Great work Will. Glad to hear that you like doing this sort of work.
Now, you are ready to move it up to the next level!   Maybe a pouch.

A very good job to your beginnings of a leather craftsman.  A lot of times, the beauty lies in its' simplicity.

Hang on to this little project and watch it get personal over the years.  Sometimes that is the most gratifying work you can do for your self, and when you get around to trading your stuff you will bring value to other people.  There is no greater compliment that can be offered you than when someone lights up over your work that they bought or traded for.

Good luck and tight stitches.
