Has anyone used Howard Restore a Finish? I saw some in an antique and was wondering if it would work on a stock.

I've used it with good success on antique Gerstner and Union machinest tool chests. After use and a couple of days drying time I use a good paste wax. The all purpose color I keep in the shop is the cherry. Good luck.
