Thanks.  The clasp and hinges came from flee bay.  They are both solid brass antiques.  The clasp is made for some sort of cabinet.  Itís meant to be turned sideways but works great the way it is.  I finished the tray tonight but didnít get any pictures yet.  Iíd like to attach a leather strap to the handles to make it more convenient to carry. Hopefully I get to leather work next week.

Thanks Marc.  It was just like everything else.   You put a plan together and itís about ten times as much work as you had originally thought and takes about ten times the amount of time to complete.  When the projects are completed,  the satisfaction you get is a nice return.
