Nice rifle, by an unknown maker. Can we get some photos of the cheeks rest and side plate?
Would like to see the whole magilla, if possible.

Perhaps a typo, but nice rifle by a known maker, written up on this site...taxed in Lower Paxton Twp., Dauphin Co., PA, from 1820's to 1847.  Died in 1864.  Shop was walking distance from my present house.  Looks kosher to me.

Nice gun for the museum, but we really need additional pictures. We need to see the back side of the gun, particularly the butt and side plate, and also the comb inlay and perhaps a close up of one or more forestock inlays to see if engraved in any manner.
