Title: everything is a learning experience

Things I learned today;
1. If you annotate your samples of cherry as to lye to water ratio with a pencil the lye will erase your annotations.
2. If you stupidly kant the barrel&tang assembly of a slant breech Hawken a few degrees while inletting you will find a completely new FUBAR situation
3.A rock glass full of ice and Gin helps give you perspective
