Title: who makes these barrels

i need to know who makes these TOW is out of there rifled ones and i need some for my interchangeable flintlock
i have demand but no supply  :P

Maybe you should actually READ the description on the page you posted.  It tells who the manufacturer is.

As per the description given about the barrel on the link you posted;

"exclusively for Track® by Colerain Barrel Company."
