Haven't spoken to Jim in awhile: 269-729-4407.  Always found Jim to be very responsive.  Can also be reached via email at jklongrifles@triton.net.

I talked to him a few weeks back and he was nice to deal with.  I took one of his rifles in on a trade and was wanting to ask a few questions about it, and he was more than willing to answer any questions I asked.
