Title: Tennessee Valley Manufacturing
Post by: Curt Larsen on January 04, 2012, 06:11:08 PM
Does anyone have some background info on TVM?  I placed a small order from them by phone about a month ago.  I found out that the credit card I had given them had been hacked and I had to cancel it and get a new card.  I've tried twice to contact them by phone to give them a new card number, but have only got a voicemail message that he is in the shop working.  Any ideas about why I can't contact them.  Both times I've left a message that I wanted to give a new card number because the old card was hacked.

Cause he's in the shop working.  Leave a message and have them get back to you.  Seriously, they don't keep regular hours or days there.

I was just there yesterday to pick up parts for a "project".   The between all the Christmas run-up, last chance of the year deer hunting, and a 3 or 4 day New Year's/football fest the holidays make Randy's "workforce" a bit erratic ;D.  Often he is the only one there---and swamped.  If he is out working in one of the machining shops he can't hear the phone.   Leave a message and he will eventually get back to you.  Hopefully in a week or so the operation will recover.

Thanks.  I'll just be patient.
