did originals have a base shaped like that? not being critical, you did a very nice job, just trying to learn.

i actually found that horn in a field last year,,while i was hunting rock chucks...the base of it was pretty much chewed to almost the shape it is now,,,after cleaning and starting to work on it,,i just decided to make it different than a normal flat or domed end,,as far as originals,,you see all kinds of horns done in different manor
