Title: E.J.Hultburg - Gun Builder - Anyone heard of:?

Hello,
I have a Longrifle with a Russ Hamm Lock (Bedford County Style), and the barrel is scribed with a name of "E.J. Hultburg". Has anyone heard of this person or know anything about this builder? The gun is seemingling from a time period of late 1950's to 1970's. The name could be the barrel maker only..I have no idea. Can any one help?
