Looks like it was a nice double rifle at one time.

Yep, some German was proud of that rifle once upon a time. Price is right.

That's what I was thinking too.  It's right down the road from me, I'm gonna try to take a closer look at this.

Hope somebody from here gets it.  I'd be interested in seeing those hammers released from that brazing rod...if that's what it is.  Still a very neat double, with octagonal barrels too.
