Title: Ardie Hetzel? R. J. Tye?

 A friend of mine just acquired a half-stock flinter with "Ardie Hetzel" engraved on the barrel.  Anybody have any info on him?   The barrel is also stamped R. J. Tye on the side flat. Thanks.
