Title: Dumb trigger question?

   Were any guns built with a single trigger and sear as one piece? It seems that would give a nice crisp trigger pull. I know threading the trigger through the bottom of the stock might be a trick. Come to think about it an underhammer was,but that's not a longrifle is it?
