Title: R.M. SPECHT builder?

i recently acquired a new rifle and was trying to find any info on the builder. R.M. SPECHT, is engraved on the barrel. the gun appears to be built in the 1960's, maybe 70's. i was told he was a "local" builder, which would be nw pa. the rifle is of the jacob dickert style with a 45 cal douglas barrel and a large siler lock. thanks in advance.
