Title: 3-Dot Blacksmith hand-forged pouch tools
Post by: Arnie Dowd on March 20, 2009, 10:07:30 PM
Just received a pair of pliers and a sissor-expandable tongs from Mike Atkinson  :)
Both of these handmade, forged tools are small and just perfect for you pouch or haversack and extremely well made.  Although I have only been following the CLA site for about a year and a/half its only been recently that I have seen Mike's products advertised and his prices are so reasonable he seems to sell these tools and other useful items as quickly as he puts them up.  His site is easy to spot as he pictures his items on a backdrop of an American flag with the head of an eagle.
Strongly suggest you get a few of his pieces before he raises his prices much  ;D

I don't think Mike has a bio in the artisian section.  His stuff is for sale in the contemporary for sale section.

I just received a pair of pliers from Mike Atkinson and I wanted to let everybody know that they are top notch.  I was very pleased.  They are nice and tight and smooth, both in operation and forge work.
