I like this rifle. Just enough carving an engraving to keep it a working mans gun an very tastefully aged ;D

That is some very clean, tight, work all around, nice rifle. I particularly like the incised carving.

Got to handle the rifle yesterday.  They don't get much better.  Might get to shoot it in the next few days.  The heat might dictate the shooting.

Very nice, I really like that style rifle.  Is that a plain single trigger or single set? I'll bet the .60 will knock a big old hog over quite handily.

Mike really understands early longrifles.  He's got it down to the point where you could see Schreit making THAT rifle, which is in the same style, but not a copy.  Mastery of skills is one thing but his deep knowledge and sense of styles and artistry is unusual.

Ted:  It is a single trigger.  it is set up well enough that a set trigger would be overkill.
