Here's a couple of pictures of locks that Bob Roller has re-done.  I know he will comment when he sees this thread.

That looks really nice.  Was it a new lock that was mistreated?  Any before pictures?

It's a new set of L&R external parts for the Durs Egg lock. I have done a number of these and the Ashmore and the small
Manton.I wanted the guys that are making their own locks to take a look at these and maybe copy the smaller details that
are the difference between a good lock and a better lock.
