Anyone recognize the bag display over the trade blanket in the last picture?
I really like the bag with the PA Dutch hex signs on the flap, kind of reminds me of the fancy painted old barns in Ohio where I grew up.
Thanks,
Ken

That was Clay Smith's display. He is in Williamsburg.

The pictures are great, and thanks for sharing them! I might have been better off not knowing what I missed, though!

my brothers and sisters...you have no idea how blessed y'all are. our gun show is coming up the first weekend in may, and mine will be the only display of original and contemporary muzzle loading guns. i live in a longrifle desert. ...looking forward to dixon's more than you can imagine.

Funny thing I knew you would say that!

I saw a Gusler in there, for sure.

Breadhead, thanks for sharing the photos. This one just might have to be on next year's "must see" Ky rifle shows. It looks like there as a great collection of Americana at this one!
-
Dang! I really intended to make the drive down to Williamsburg, but alas the family schdule wouldn't permit. The photo's really make me want to get down next year. Looks like it was a great time.

Yes we really had a well attended show. This is the second year for our show and we had 43 tables if I counted right. We are now making plans to have it again next year at the same motel and had hoped for the same date but since Easter falls on that weekend next year we are trying to decide on an alternate date. Looks like it will be either the last weekend in March or the second weekend in April. Hope all of you can attend. Williamsburg is terrific this time of year! (so is nearby Yorktown and Jamestown!)

Bumping this up, back to the first page...

As a participant in the show, all I can say is that we had a great time. Everyone was great and the rifles and displays were excellent. There was a wide variety of guns to see including some spectacular originals and a nice representation of some modern makers' work.
Our table was the one in the photos with all of the pouches, horns, and the two rifles underneath. Thanks to everyone who came by our table and also to the show organizers. We hope to return next year.
