I havn't posted any pictures for quite awhile because I couldn't seem to manage my new computer. Now that Kingsbury arms has
made it easy enough for me I have no excuse. Thank you Jon Rider.
Last year I was talked into selling my own personal swivel breach rifle, and after I sold It I had second thoughts. Too late the
rifle was gone, so I built myself a new rifle. Just thought that I would share the new rifle with all of you at ALR.

Very contemporary.
-
Very NICE - Love the Damascus on the lock plate - Silver wire inlay is not bad either - Best part is now you can share the 1000's of images you have very easily... :)
-
very nice,I too like the damascus look on your lock plates.Your wood finish is very pleasing to my eye and the whole look flows together nicely.
-
Thank you for posting this David - what a joy to look at the pictures!
Were the Damascus parts made from steel cable?
-
Very nice!
-
Fabulous work David -- are you going to be selling any more kits in the near future? I am winding down making rifles for others and I will be finishing up my 8+ or so rifles for me and family and I think I would like to add one of these to MY list.
-
David, that is beautiful!

Kingsbury Arms
Thank you again for showing me how to post pictures. I hope it helps someone else also.
I will be more inclined to be more active on the ALR site. Tomorrow I will post some pictures of Penn.
Fowler that I just finished from a Jim Chambers Kit.
Daryl
I bought the Damascus steel from a company called Thunder Forge. I don't know what they used to make it.

It is breaking my heart that I may not be building any more swivel breach rifle kits. My kit was really much
more than a kit, and it required a tremendous amount of time on my part. The only other thing that I may
do is to sell all the parts in a less complete form so that it doesn't take up so much of my time. If and when
that happens I will post it on ALR. I have three more kits that I am keeping for myself to finish and they will be for sale when they are finished.

Hi Dave,
I saw your old personal gun and understand why you would be sad letting it go. This new one is spectacular! What a fabulous piece of wood. I really like the red tones as well. I know you often choose a dark color for the stock but those red tones in this one are gorgeous. Your patch box lid is a masterpiece!

Certainly one of a kind - absolutely breathtakingly beautiflul.
Tks for the note, David. I'm thinking it looks a lot like some of the better knife blades made from cable on that "forge show".
