Heres a little pile of horns Bill Smith got stained and finished,..we had been working on these my last few trips up there. The one in the middle is a nice double twist. It came home with me for some ink. If the 2 on the left don't sell at the next show at least one of them will turn into a big'ol french and indian....I'm itching to ink a hellhorse. I love to see the sun bounce off that maple.
Worked on a bunch of flatties yesterday,....Some of them will get scratched as well down the road.

Those finished horns are beautiful, aaronc.  I like those elegant, unadorned horns.

Beautiful! I love the pure white and dark spout core. If you are willing......share with us your source for the horns?

Thank you,..the source was same as the maker,...Bill Smith. I got to help sort through the last shipment,..it was like christmas goin through all them horns. All the bags you see are full of horns as well.....Not sure of the rules on posting info so I'll PM you his contact information. Any questions you can PM me back. -Aaron

Very nice work on those white horns.  Really dramatic.
Those bags look vaguely familiar, seems like I have seen something like that before.
Lots of fun lurking on that floor and in the bags.
