Title: Maker of a lock

I'm posting in hopes that someone knows who manufactured this lock.  I bought it some years ago but don't remember who made it.  Is it possibly Pete Allen (from the 'A' on the back of the plate)?

I have one just like it and it is a Pete Allen lock. Good sparker and very reliable.
