Title: Old horn repair

Got this horn recently and really liked the repair. The color is actually green and shows all the horn grain

That is a nice horn with a great repair.  Thanks for sharing the photos.

Does there happen to be any manufacturer's mark on the hardware at the tip?

No, no manufacturers marking. Typical of flask spouts of the era.
