Title: Pattern Makers Vice
Post by: jcbays on December 19, 2020, 12:39:44 AM: Hi- I am new here and have a Quick question...
Any recommendations for a inexpensive pattern makers vice. I am thinking between $50 - $125 or so
I would be to hold the wood stock of a trade rifle, and for knife making.

That previous thread does quite cover 'em. Short version: Woodcraft puts 'em on sale each Winter and that's nice for stretching a dollar. Once you get used to having one, you'll wonder how you ever did without.

If you cannot find that other thread, someone might fetch it for you.
